I think the ranking for the top half of the league is pretty accurate
(Foot Locker would be ranked higher if they'd played and beat or tied GB).
The bottom half is less certain, mostly due to the large number of forfeits
(mostly a product of the shortness of the season...a good fraction of those
games would have been played in another week). Still, I think it sort of
approximates the right ranking.

Teams that forfeited are still encouraged to play their games if possible,
since the results of this season will become part of next season's rankings.
