We have a total of 11 teams for the Summer 1995 International Netrek League.
We're splitting them up into two divisions, one of 6 teams and one of 5,
and running a round-robin in each division (every team plays every other team
once).  After the regular season, the top 2 teams from each division will
go to the playoffs; the #1 team from division 1 will play the #2 team from
division 2, and vice versa, at the #1 team's home server.  The winners of
those games will meet on a neutral server to decide the champion.

The tie-breaking structure will be done slightly differently than it has
been in the past; instead of breaking ties on head-head, Planets For, then
Planets Against, we will break on head-head, Planets Against, then Planets
For.  This gives an 18-0-2 genocide more weight than an 18-2 win in the
first tiebreaker.  It shouldn't matter much though.

Since the number of teams is odd, Division 1 will have one more game
to play than Division 2; this makes for barely more than one week per game,
so if you're in Division 1, GET MOVING on scheduling.  If a team drops
out we may rearrange the divisions.

The teams were divided roughly by strength, and their order within the
listing below was randomized.

6/20: Schedule released.
7/3: At least ONE game should be complete.
7/10: At least TWO games should be complete.
7/11: TRADE DEADLINE; no players may change rosters after this date.  New
      players may be added to a roster, still.
7/17: At least THREE games should be complete.
7/24: At least FOUR games should be complete.
7/31: END OF REGULAR SEASON.  All games should be complete.
8/1: Playoff pairings released
8/7: First playoff round should be complete.
